Ingredients
500gms Tilapia filletsOil for pan fry
For Fish Masala
1 small bunch Mint
4 cloves Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
3 Green Chilies
2 tsp Lime Juice
1/2 Pepper powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oil
Method
- Grind all the ingredients listed under fish masala - mint, garlic, ginger, green chilies, lime juice, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and oil
- Marinade fish with masala paste. And refrigerate for 20 minutes
- Heat pan, add 2 tsp oil. Gently place fish fillets on the pan. Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes until fish is cooked fork tender
- Serve hot.
Most pans do not have a lid if one is important for you- consider buying a sauté pan that will have a lid but, frying pan with lid
